Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 14, 2026
SpikeSync is committed to making its tournament tools usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, or reduced-motion settings. We aim to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal, not a claim that every page currently conforms in every respect.
Accessibility support
SpikeSync is designed to support:
- keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls;
- semantic headings, labels, landmarks, status messages, and text alternatives where applicable;
- browser zoom, responsive layouts, and reflow across common screen sizes;
- color contrast and information that is not communicated by color alone;
- reduced-motion preferences and controls that do not depend on precise pointer movement.
Known limitations
SpikeSync is actively developed, and some dense tournament tools—particularly bracket workspaces, large statistics tables, and third-party content—may be more difficult to use with assistive technology. Content supplied by Discord, Riot, tracker services, tournament organizers, or other participants may not meet the same accessibility standard. We continue to review these areas and prioritize practical fixes.
Compatibility
For the best experience, use a current version of a major browser with current assistive technology. Very old browsers or disabled browser features may not receive the full experience.
Feedback and assistance
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from registering, viewing tournament information, submitting a result, or completing another task, contact the tournament organizer through the official tournament Discord server. Please include the page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
We will acknowledge accessibility feedback as soon as reasonably possible, investigate the issue, and provide an alternative way to complete a time-sensitive tournament task when one is available.
